CMT began has a venture company seeking to invest in any profitable business start-up, focused mainly on technological companies and innovation practices. After nearly four years of experience, the company's top executives noticed a pattern of profitability within all of their real estate investments. And with the real estate market flourishing rapidly at the time, the company decided to direct most of its efforts to this sector of the economy.
The company was founded by business partners and Texas A&M business grads Chase, Michelle, and Trey, all of whom continue to operate the business along side their colleagues.
